About the Role

The Continuous Improvement Specialist supports operational excellence initiatives across McKessons distribution network. Working closely with Distribution Center leaders and cross-functional partners this role identifies opportunities to improve performance drive process standardization and deliver sustainable business results through continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety quality service productivity and cost performance across distribution operations.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities solve complex business challenges and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Analyze operational and financial data to uncover inefficiencies and prioritize improvement efforts.
• Facilitate improvement events workshops and root cause analysis activities to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and implement standardized processes best practices and scalable solutions across the network.
• Measure validate and communicate project results including operational and financial impact.
• Support change management activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations and Operational Excellence teams to improve workflow material flow and overall network performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Engineering Operations Business Logistics or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in continuous improvement operational excellence supply chain manufacturing or distribution operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting warehouse distribution or logistics operations.
• Bilingual French and English is an asset.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
