Experienced Systems Analyst in Application Support

Become an essential part of our Application Support Team as a Systems Analyst specializing in Roadside and Travel systems. Provide advanced support to ensure seamless operations and integrations. As an experienced professional, you will apply your 2–3 years of application support experience in handling Level 2 and Level 3 issues, supporting booking systems, and maintaining application performance. You will work independently to identify improvements while collaborating closely with IT and external partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications
• Troubleshoot and manage incidents through tickets
• Test and implement enhancements and fixes
• Create and maintain documentation for systems
• Conduct ongoing system maintenance and monitoring

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education
• 2–3 years in a production support environment
• Hands-on experience with Java on OpenShift
• Familiarity with PowerBI and Windows environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
