Nous sommes présentement à la recherche
d'un(e) estimateur(trice) sénior en régulation automatique de bâtiment
afin de joindre notre équipe dynamique.
Les principales tâches en sont les suivantes :
Superviser le travail de/des estimateurs(trices);
Travail en étroite collaboration avec le/les ventes;
Effectuer la lecture de plans et de devis mécanique (électricité, ventilation et régulation) et architecture de bâtiment ;
Analyser les besoins des clients et ingénieurs-conseils pour proposer des solutions adaptées;
Évaluer les besoins en composants de régulation automatique, temps d'installation et mise en services de projet de construction ou de réaménagement ;
Gestion des listes de prix, fichiers d’estimation;
Toutes communications en liens aux soumissions;
Gestion des appels d’offres, gestion du calendrier des soumissions;
Analyse des invitations à soumissionner;
Production de soumission complète de type : Projet;
Production de soumission complète de type : Directive;
Production de soumission complète de type : Recommandation en service;
Production de soumission complète de type : Fourniture de matériel;
Rédaction de lettre de soumission complète et de propositions;
Rencontre client et détermination précise des besoins;
Recherche constante de projets en fonction des cibles budgétaires, par divisions;
Toute aide technique et administrative jugée pertinente.
Profil recherché :
Baccalauréat en ingénierie terminé ;
Tout expérience technique en mécanique du bâtiment ou en régulation automatique de bâtiment (un atout)
Expérience en estimation de construction d'un minimum de 3 ans (Obligatoire)
Être membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs (un très grand atout)
