Lead Talent Acquisition at TTI, a leader in power tools and outdoor equipment. Drive innovative recruitment strategies and develop talent pipelines across Canada. As the Director of Talent Acquisition for TTI Canada, you'll shape the recruitment landscape in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and strong leadership to implement scalable recruitment programs and enhance employer branding initiatives. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Foster relationships with educational institutions for talent attraction
- Lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
- Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven ability to influence leaders and build relationships
- Experience with HR analytics tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
