We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and help create a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

About the Role

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the heart of the clinic's daily operations. You'll greet patients, coordinate appointments, answer inquiries, and ensure the clinic runs efficiently while working closely with our doctors, technicians, and optical team.

Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
  • Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our electronic health record system.
  • Guide patients through the check-in and check-out process.
  • Collect and update patient information while maintaining accurate records.
  • Process payments and assist patients with insurance and third-party billing inquiries.
  • Monitor appointment flow and communicate scheduling updates with the clinical team.
  • Help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.
  • Order office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the optical and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and support other areas of the clinic when needed.

Experience That's an Asset

  • Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare, optometry, or medical office setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
  • Experience with insurance billing or patient scheduling.
