Category Manager, Luxury & Premium

The Role

We’re hiring a Category Manager, Luxury & Premium to own and grow supply across fashion and beauty within our highest-value categories.

This is a highly commercial, fast-moving role focused on sourcing inventory, unlocking new supply channels, and driving sales . You will be responsible for building and scaling supply across:

  • Luxury fashion and accessories (handbags, footwear, apparel, ready-to-wear)
  • Premium / contemporary fashion (designer bridge brands and elevated contemporary labels)
  • Beauty (select skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and premium beauty brands)

This is not a traditional retail buying or merchandising role. You’ll be expected to actively source inventory , build supply pipelines, and move quickly to capitalize on opportunities across global markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and secure inventory across luxury fashion, premium apparel, accessories, and beauty
  • Build and manage a global network of suppliers , including distributors, resellers, wholesalers, and brand partners
  • Identify and unlock new supply channels across fashion and beauty (international markets, off-price, grey market, emerging supply sources)
  • Negotiate pricing, allocations, and terms to ensure strong margins and sell-through
  • React quickly to trends and demand signals across both fashion and beauty categories
  • Partner with internal teams (merchandising, influencer, operations) to align supply with live commerce demand
  • Own category performance including inventory velocity, revenue contribution, and margin targets

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years experience in luxury, premium fashion, beauty, resale, wholesale, or marketplace environments
  • Strong understanding of how fashion and/or beauty supply chains operate , particularly in non-traditional or secondary markets
  • Proven ability to source product, open doors, or close deals (not just manage accounts)
  • Commercially driven—you think in margin, turnover, and opportunity cost
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, deal-driven environments
  • Strong negotiation instincts and ability to move quickly with incomplete information
  • Bonus: existing network in fashion, beauty, or luxury resale ecosystems
  • GTA or Toronto based

What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently bring in new, high-performing fashion and beauty inventory
  • You identify and unlock non-obvious supply sources ahead of competitors
  • You directly impact revenue growth and category profitability
  • You build a scalable, repeatable engine for sourcing across fashion and beauty

Compensation: $60,0000-$90,000 based on experience, including health and dental benefits
