Civil Engineering Tutor

Tutor Doctor
Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Civil Engineering Tutor to join our Tutor Doctor team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principals including, but not limited to, structural analysis, fluid mechanics/dynamics, resistance/propulsion and Ordinary Differential Equations. Our tutors must also have excellent communication skills and passion for helping students succeed.
Tutors will be working one-on-one assisting students in understanding with the explanation of complex engineering concepts in a clear and accessible manner, solving problems, and preparing for exams - developing personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies based on students' learning and the ability to tailor instruction to meet individual needs.
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
