Collaborate with risk, businessand operations teams to understand their needs, identify high-valueopportunities and define practical outcomes and measures of success.Translate business needs intotechnical designs and delivery plans, selecting the appropriate approachamong generative AI, agentic workflows, conventional automation andprocess improvements.Design and build applications,assistants and automated workflows connected to enterprise data,documents, application programming interfaces, applications andoperational tools.Develop and integrate thesoftware, application logic, data handling and user-facing featuresrequired to transform experiments into maintainable solutions.Evaluate and secure solutionsusing realistic test cases, acceptance criteria, failure scenarios anduser feedback, while implementing appropriate privacy, traceability andhuman-review controls.Support and improve solutionsthroughout deployment, stabilization, adoption and ongoing ownership,collaborating with technology and control partners and, depending onexperience, leading initiatives and sharing reusable technical approachesacross the team.You willjoin a new multidisciplinary AI Solutions team supporting Capital Markets andTreasury Risk Management. The team focuses on a small number of valuableopportunities at a time and works closely with the people who own and performthe relevant business processes. Depending on the assignment, you may workindependently or as part of a small delivery team, collaborating withtechnology, architecture and control functions across the Bank.The Bankvalues continuous development and internal mobility.
