TSYS Deployment Lead Product Launch Conversion & Release Management
Required Skills & Responsibilities
Deployment Planning & Execution
Lead deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversions from TSYS to TSYS.
Own the integrated deployment plan including:
Workstream runbooks
Dependencies
Cutover activities
Readiness tracking for internal client and external vendor teams
Conversion & Cutover Management
Coordinate all pre-conversion activities.
Lead:
Mock conversions
Dress rehearsals
Production cutover execution
Coordinate production product launch activities including:
Pilot rollout
Customer rollout
Platform & Workstream Coordination
Manage environment collisions across Cortez and non-Cortez workstreams.
Oversee delivery of new product features introduced on the target platform.
Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
Deployment Governance & Reporting
Drive deployment governance throughout product launch and conversion workstreams.
Manage deployment risks and mitigation activities.
Provide executive reporting and implementation status updates through production delivery.
