Ancaster Pharmacy Manager Role

Make a difference in community health as a Pharmacy Manager at Ancaster Sobeys Pharmacy. This full-time position is dedicated to patient-centered care and strong customer service. We seek a proactive Pharmacy Manager for an 18-month contract starting mid-August 2026. You'll lead our pharmacy team, ensuring exceptional service while executing pharmacy programs, driving sales, and controlling costs. Your leadership will enhance our patient-focused culture and develop business plans to meet key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Promote patient service standards and execute product launches
- Implement team-driven patient-centered care programs
- Ensure a positive and inclusive pharmacy environment
- Train and manage staff in compliance with regulations
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario
- 2+ years as a licensed pharmacist
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Kroll software experience preferred
