The Position: In support of the Vision, Mission and Values of LutherCare Communities, we are seeking a Community Service Worker to join our Group Home team. Applicants will be responsible for the personal care and safety of clients and for the implementation of individual lifestyle plans. Duties and Responsibilities of Group Home Workers include three main areas: Resident Care Includes assistance of personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing, eating etc.)Resident Programming Includes the facilitation of resident daily living activities and participation in the community.
Home Maintenance Includes housekeeping, laundry and the preparation of meals and snacks Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time (until April 30, 2027) Hours of Work: Shall average forty (40) hours per week averaged over a two (2) week period.
