Expert en Placement de Vétérans

Rejoignez Lifemark en tant qu'expert en placement de vétérans, garantissant un soutien de qualité aux vétérans en transition vers la vie civile, en télétravail depuis Québec. Ce poste permanent à temps plein nécessite de développer des relations avec des employeurs pour faciliter l'intégration professionnelle des vétérans. Vous jouerez un rôle crucial en offrant un accompagnement individuel, tout en travaillant avec une équipe interdisciplinaire pour répondre aux besoins des vétérans ayant des défis de santé. Comprendre le marché du travail et établir un réseau solide seront essentiels. Key Responsibilities:

Établir des relations avec les employeurs et partenaires communautaires
Collaborer au niveau national avec l'équipe de prospection d’emploi
Suivre et conseiller les participants dans leur recherche d'emploi
Participer à des forums pour promouvoir l'embauche de vétérans
Identifier les tendances et assortir les participants aux opportunités

Requirements:

Diplôme en administration, vente ou ressources humaines
Minimum trois ans d'expérience en prospection d'emploi
Connaissance approfondie des marchés du travail locaux
Excellente littératie numérique, notamment avec MS Office
Permis de conduire valide et capacité à voyager
