Senior AIOps Manager - 100% Remote

Lead the charge in AIOps strategy with a senior management role focused on driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives. Join our team and leverage your experience in IT operations and leadership in this fully remote, six-month consulting position. We’re seeking an AIOps Senior Project/Program Manager with over 10 years' experience in enterprise technology programs. This role emphasizes portfolio management, business value realization, and cross-functional collaboration across ServiceNow, Observability, and more. You will guide committees and drive the adoption of AI and automation across IT operations, showcasing your leadership and strategic insight. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee intake and prioritization of AI use cases
- Facilitate governance and executive reporting processes
- Develop business cases and ROI for technology improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional program delivery
- Manage the master AIOps portfolio roadmap effectively
- 10+ years in program management leadership
- Proven experience in scaling AIOps capabilities
- Track record of financial acumen and KPI measurement
- Strong communication skills for executive briefings
- Ability to analyze portfolio health and recommend strategies
