Revenue Enablement Specialist at Owner

Accelerate sales success with Owner as a Revenue Enablement Specialist focusing on XDR programs. Drive onboarding, training, and performance enhancements in Toronto for growing teams. Owner is seeking a motivated specialist to own the XDR Enablement roadmap and mentoring processes. This role requires 3-5 years' sales experience in SDR, BDR, or leadership roles. You will enhance productivity through world-class onboarding and up-skill development, while closely collaborating with XDR managers across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the XDR Enablement roadmap
  • Lead monthly onboarding programs in Toronto
  • Develop competency-based training for promotions
  • Maintain and update XDR training documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for training effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales or enablement experience
  • Proven track record in SDR or BDR roles
  • Experience training and improving sales processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in dynamic environments
