- Champion social craft across Omnicom Media Canada agencies
- Develop and implement social best practices and workflows
- Lead training and certification initiatives across teams
- Translate industry trends into actionable resources
- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize new social initiatives
- 7+ years in paid social or digital media
- Deep knowledge of major social platforms
- Experience in developing processes and workflows
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
