Production Supervisor


Production Supervisor will coordinate production activities, monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP requirements, and all applicable food safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.



Vancouver area based role. Day and Afternoon shifts available 4x10 hour shifts.



Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily food production operations.
• Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address production issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA/USDA regulations, and food safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems is an asset.

Salary 75-85,000
