Remote Inbound Sales & Support Specialist

The Sydney Call Centre

MCI is hiring Contact Center Agents to support inbound customer service, sales, help desk, and back-office operations. You’ll represent iconic brands and build meaningful customer relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Starting compensation is based on experience. The company offers a range of benefits and incentives to support and reward team members, including PTO, health coverage, life insurance, and training.
