Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in construction. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Looking for a hard-working person who likes to be outdoors. Someone who is eager to learn and do better everyday. If you have no experience, do not worry! We will teach you. If you have any landscaping, wood framing, concrete finishing, machine operation experience, its a bonus! Pay will depend on your experience and skill level.
Responsibilities
- Valid driver's license, and own transportation.
- Operate hand/power tools, equipment and heavy machines including mini excavator.
- Frame or learn how to frame concrete pads, concrete steps and any kind of forming that may be required to complete jobs.
- Able to help finish concrete.
- Able to help build decks & fences.
- This is a seasonal position. Typical hours are 40 hours per week (April - November) and the off season 20 hours or less per week (December - March)
Experience
- Experience in construction or skilled labor roles is ideal.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.
