Front Counter/Receptionist

Quick Truck Lube is seeking a Front Counter Receptionist for data entry and invoicing working in a shop setting.

Job details:

• Terms of employment Permanent, Full time 35 to 48 Hours / Week, 6 days a week Monday to Saturday.
• Start date As soon as possible.
• Benefits: Medical benefits, Dental benefits, Life insurance benefits, Vision care benefits. Benefits Package available after 6 months.
• Business Hours operate Monday to Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Shift expectations would be 11:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, & possible Saturday shift 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office an asset.
• Must be good with number recognition and retaining new data quickly.
• Training will be provided.
• Must have own transportation as no buses are available.
• Customer Service oriented position.
• Management experience an asset.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 1 to less than 7 months.
• Training provided.

Transportation/Travel Information:

• Own transportation, Valid driver's license, Own vehicle.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

• Combination of sitting, standing, walking, work under pressure, multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.

Work Site Environment:

• Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Wet/damp, Odours, Cold/refrigerated.

Specific Skills:

Collect and distribute service information to technicians, use of computers for invoice generation, comfortable with working in Microsoft Office applications, customer service oriented, collect service payments, answer telephone inquiries, clean immediate work areas, supervise other workers on shift.
