Accounting Assistant Tola and Associates Chartered Professional Accountant Corporation Location Cold Lake, AB Salary 20.00 to 27.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per week Full time Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Health benefits Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Prepare general ledger Prepare bank reconciliations Prepare payroll Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems Perform general office duties Prepare financial statements and reports Prepare reports Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge Quick Books Simply Accounting MS Excel Area of specialization Accounting Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Repetitive Attention to detail Personal suitability Ability to multitask Accurate Client focus Excellent oral communication Organized Reliability Quick learner Team player Benefits Health benefits Vision care benefits Until: 2026-06-28
