What You'll Do as a Red Robin Kitchen Manager

You'll take ownership of everything that happens in the kitchen, including: ? Leading and mentoring a team of kitchen staff to keep operations smooth. ? Ensuring our burgers, BOTTOMLESS SIDES, and all menu items are cooked to perfection every time. ? Managing food production, inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization. ? Controlling food & labor costs to optimize restaurant profitability. ? Upholding the highest safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. ? Creating an energized, positive, and motivated kitchen culture.

What You Bring to the Table:

? 1+ years of full-service restaurant experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager. ? A proven track record of leading a high-performing kitchen team. ? Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge (Foodsafe Level 1 preferred; Level 2 is a plus!). ? Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and holidays —because our guests love Red Robin every day of the week! ?
