Drive Creditor Insurance growth at Scotiabank by coaching sales teams and influencing regional leaders across Toronto’s Retail Banking channels. Present product value clearly.This Senior Regional Insurance Manager supports creditor insurance distribution across Contact Centre, Virtual Advice Team, Retention teams, and BNSIA. You will develop product knowledge covering benefits, suitability, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and internal policies. The position contributes to penetration, revenue, and NIAT objectives within the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:
Influence regional leaders to support creditor insurance growthStrengthen sales teams’ product knowledge through coaching and trainingPresent at regional, district, group, and individual meetingsSupport Field Coaching, Client Solutions Canada, and DBO teamsCollaborate with Insurance Canada management colleagues on objectivesRequirements:
Seven or more years of significant financial services sales experienceStrong sales coaching, communication, and presentation capabilitiesProven partnerships with management and sales teamsThorough insurance and financial planning concepts knowledgePFP, CFP, or AMP designation preferred, not requiredUse sales management, insurance expertise, and influential communication to expand creditor insurance performance across Scotiabank’s assigned region.
