Manufacturing Manager

Our company is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Review production and quality trends, communicate and make recommendations to president and initiate cost-effective actions
• Apply intellect, judgment and management skills to achieve desired business performance results
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of 50+ employees

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the manufacturing management sector
• Bachelor’s degree in production management, business administration, or mechanical engineering
• Leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate others
• Ability to meet deadlines while under pressure and effectively handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
