Regional Sales Manager for nVent

Drive sales performance for nVent ERICO/ILSCO in Eastern Canada. This role emphasizes new business conversion and successful project management across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. The Regional Sales Manager will guide 3rd party agents while building lasting relationships with end users and local distributors. You will develop sales strategies, provide expert product knowledge, and conduct essential training for contractors. Using Salesforce to manage your pipeline, you communicate vital market feedback to refine our offerings. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve regional sales targets through strategic project sales • Lead and align 3rd party sales agents with territory goals • Develop and deliver impactful presentations to key customers • Refine product expertise and conduct contractor training sessions • Communicate competitive insights to enhance internal strategies Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical sales experience • Minimum 5 years in outside sales and territory management • Experience in commercial electrical or mechanical sales • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50% Utilize your technical sales expertise and leadership skills to achieve outstanding results at nVent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
