Start Date : August 11, 2026 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in theory, lab, and clinical settings.
- Execute lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements as per PTIRU compliance. - Extensive in-house curriculum orientation and training provided .
- Provide hands-on training and supervision in clinical environments.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Stay current with best practices and developments in nursing education.
- Minimum 3,900 hours of nursing experience , inclusive of maternity along with mental health and community experience .
- Current full registration with the BCCNM – required.
- Previous instructor experience is an asset.
- Experience with Office 365 and Student Information Systems (SIS) is an asset.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Commitment to fostering a positive educational experience.
