The Opportunity
Seaside Chevrolet in Shediac is looking for a Service Cashier .
As a Service Cashier, your main responsibility is to take payments from customers picking up their vehicles that were in for service. We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team. Someone who strives to provide the best customer service experience.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls to the Service Department and provide excellent customer service
- Process payments (cash, credit, debit) from customers and issue a receipt
- Answer customer's questions regarding their invoice
- Update work orders after the sale is complete
- Balance payments at the end of every day
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and French is a requirement
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products and the desire to learn new computer system
- Ability to multi-task and remember details of events that have occurred throughout the day
- A strong attention to detail
