Partner, Corporate & M&A — Lead Deals & Grow Practice

Remote People Ltd.

Remote People Ltd. in Toronto, Canada is seeking a partner-level lawyer to join a well-regarded corporate practice.

The successful candidate will lead corporate/M&A transactions, advise on mergers and governance, and help grow the practice within an entrepreneurial firm culture. The role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction-management skills, plus 8–10+ years of corporate/commercial experience and active Ontario Bar admission.
