Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant

Job Responsibility:
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. Monday - Friday: 9am-4pm.
Responsibilities:
-General administrative duties
-Maintain contact lists
-Assist with event planning and execution
-Provide administrative support
-Manage and track company assets
-Accounts Payable data entry
-Various administrative or bookkeeping duties as required
Qualifications:
-1-3 years related accounting and administrative experience
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Effective written and oral communication skills
-Self-motivated, and able to work independently
-Post-secondary education in Business Administration is considered an asset
