This senior leadership role partners with clients, ownership, Asset Managers, Owner Representatives, and onsite teams. Its purpose is maximizing income performance and enhancing long-term asset value through strategic management initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational, financial, and strategic portfolio performanceCoach multidisciplinary property management teamsOversee budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial reportingManage client, ownership, tenant, and stakeholder communicationsEnsure compliance, maintenance, life safety, and risk managementRequirements:
Minimum 10 years’ progressive commercial real estate experienceAt least 5 years in senior property management leadershipUniversity degree or diploma in business, commerce, or economicsValid RECA real estate licence and Alberta driver’s licenceStrong financial, communication, project management, and leadership skillsBring strategic leadership, commercial property expertise, and financial discipline to Colliers’ Edmonton portfolio and long-term asset performance.
