Finance Director for Global Service Business

Elevate financial strategy as the Finance Director supporting the Global Service Business. Lead planning and analysis to drive performance, profitability, and growth in a global manufacturing leader. In this full-time role, you'll partner with the Leadership Team to strengthen financial decision-making and operational performance across diverse service revenue streams. Your expertise will focus on developing revenue forecasts, enhancing financial visibility, and supporting customer success management initiatives. Build a high-performing finance team while overseeing annual budgets and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct annual budget and long-range planning processes
- Develop revenue and cost forecasts based on business drivers
- Support scenario planning for growth and pricing initiatives
- Provide detailed monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Serve as a finance partner for operations and commercial teams
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 10+ years in finance roles, preferably in service businesses
- Advanced financial modeling and reporting skills
- Executive presence with strong communication abilities
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience
