Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate prescription drug coverage for patients
• Manage insurance, public, and federal funding submissions
• Coordinate cases with healthcare professionals and insurers
• Implement Financial Means Tests when required
• Report Adverse Events to assigned departments

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent related experience
• Minimum two years customer service experience in an office
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
• Ability to organize priorities and meet competing deadlines
• French and English bilingualism is an asset
