Bing Quantitative UX Research Specialist

Shape user experiences as a Quantitative UX Research Specialist at Bing, focusing on customer behavior and preferences to inform product strategies and design choices. This role within the Coherence and Framework team involves conducting detailed quantitative research such as A/B testing and surveys. You will analyze experiment results and convey key insights that enhance user satisfaction and drive product innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute quantitative research projects and experiments
- Analyze A/B testing and telemetry findings for improvement opportunities
- Communicate research findings through engaging presentations
- Work cross-functionally to embed insights into product decisions
- Support iterative cycles across changing Bing designs
- 5–7 years of experience in quantitative UX research
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of telemetry and survey methodologies
- Excellent communication and customer empathy skills
- Ability to perform independently in a dynamic setting
