Digital Marketing Manager at ALDO

Elevate your career as a Digital Marketing Manager with ALDO Group. Focus on executing and optimizing digital and email campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role within ALDO, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. This individual will harness their analytical and creative skills to partner with various teams, including Ecommerce, Brand, and CRM, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms. Your primary focus will be managing the digital customer journey while evolving site content to align with trends and product pushes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies for engagement
- Manage daily website content updates and site merchandising
- Organize creative briefs for online marketing execution
- Launch and oversee email campaigns, focusing on segmentation
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance site and email performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Familiarity with ESPs like Klaviyo or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills for performance insights
- Proven success in driving ecommerce growth
