Strategic People Partner North America
SLR Consulting
Strategic People Partner based in Canada, using workforce data and organizational insight to advise North American business leaders. Support defined groups across regions.Reporting to the Regional People Director, this role operates at Tier 3 within SLR’s People model. You will connect business priorities with organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, retention, culture, and change actions. The role also activates global People programs and regional priorities.Key Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships with business leaders and leadership teamsTranslate business priorities into focused people actionsPartner on organization design and workforce planningFacilitate talent mapping and succession planning discussionsAnalyze workforce data and recommend practical responsesRequirements:
Significant People Partner or HR Business Partner experienceExperience supporting organization, workforce, talent, engagement, and change prioritiesAbility to influence leaders without direct authorityStrong commercial, analytical, coaching, and communication skillsRelevant post-secondary degree;
CHRL or CPHR preferredBring strategic partnering, workforce planning, and data-led insight to SLR’s North American business groups from Canada.
