Drive operational excellence in IT infrastructure as a Virtualization, Storage & Backup Administrator. Ensure system reliability and security across hybrid environments through effective management and automation practices. In this pivotal role, you'll support enterprise infrastructure services, monitoring performance and resolving complex issues. You will oversee modernization initiatives while maintaining robust security and disaster recovery protocols. Your collaboration with IT teams will promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational needs for enterprise IT infrastructure
- Monitor and resolve infrastructure performance issues proactively
- Lead infrastructure modernization and migration projects
- Maintain strong security and disaster recovery measures
- Document processes and develop automation tools for efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related area
- Minimum of 5 years in enterprise infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with cloud and on-prem environments
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices
- Automation skills, particularly with PowerShell
