Job Summary
About Us: At Public Image Co. we specialize in high-quality signage design , screen printing , embroidery , and promotional products . We help businesses enhance their brand visibility with custom billboards , logo branding , and tailored signage solutions. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our dynamic work in signage creation, from concept to installation. If you're passionate about design and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties
- Create custom designs for signage, graphics, and promotional materials using CorelDRAW &/ or Adobe Illustrator. Previous experience in either of these programs a must.
- Assist with sign production, including printing, cutting, and heat press applications.
- Provide customers with mock-ups and revisions as needed, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design using CorelDRAW &/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Previous experience working in a sign shop or related environment.
- Experience with wide format printing and heat press equipment
- Ability to read and follow instructions for customer mock-ups and design requests. Fluency in English is a requirement.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs & the ability to Stand for a long period of time. We work with hot temperatures (Heat Press, Dryers)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Must have a valid driver's license & personal mode of transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Overtime opportunities available dependent on client deadlines
