Senior Data Analyst at Sutherland Healthcare

Elevate business insights as a Senior Data Analyst with Sutherland Healthcare Solutions. In this Canada-based position, you'll play a pivotal role in our Enterprise Data and Analytics team. We seek a detail-oriented professional ready to transform scientific data into actionable insights. Your analytical prowess will shine as you help uncover performance trends and develop solutions that improve client-centric services. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex datasets for meaningful business insights
Map business processes to ensure data solutions align
Create solutions to visualize critical KPIs and metrics
Conduct deep-dive analyses for evidence-based recommendations
Engage with stakeholders to identify product requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum 5 years in Data & Analytics roles
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in life sciences or biotechnology is a plus
