Hi! We’re Ben and Umaa, and we’re looking for a nanny in Georgetown, Ontario beginning this October 2026. Our son, James, will be one year old when the position starts, and we’re hoping to find someone who will care for him. The position is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (32 hours per week). I work from home three of those four days, so while I’ll be around the house, you’ll be James’ primary caregiver during working hours. We’re a Reformed Christian family, and our faith is an important part of our home and the way we’re raising James. Because of that, we’re looking for someone who is also a Christian and would feel comfortable working in a Christ-centred home. Along with caring for James, we’re looking for help with a few light housekeeping tasks related to him, such as tidying up his toys, running the bottle washer, cleaning up after meals and activities, and keeping his play areas neat. We’re not looking for a housekeeper; just someone who’s happy to help keep things tidy as they go. The qualities that matter most to us are that you’re caring, consistent, dependable, and trustworthy. We’d love to find someone who is looking for a long-term position and can become a meaningful part of our family’s routine. The position starts at $18.75/hour, with the possibility of increasing to $20/hour for the right person based on experience and fit.
