The Brandt Group of Companies is currently seeking a Territory Manager for Western Saskatchewan and Southern Alberta. The successful candidate will maximize the sales, market share, and profitability in their given territory.
Duties & Responsibilities*First line of contact for the Dealer
*Must be accessible to provide support to the Dealers and to End-User Customers. Development of Distribution Network
*Ensure all Dealers are capable of selling and supporting the Brandt product line.
*Establish a strong relationship with Dealer personnel including Dealer Principal, Sales Managers, Salespeople and Parts and Service staff.
*Provide Dealer Product Training to Dealer sales staff.
*Ensure Dealers understand all aspects of Brandt Sales, Service, and Finance.
*Ensure Dealers understand all Brandt programs.
a) This may involve the addition and termination of selected dealers to ensure best Distribution Network.
b) This role will include consulting services to the Dealer from time to time. Sales Management
*The Territory Manager is responsible for managing his/her own time. Through consultation with the Sales Manager, a travel schedule will be developed in order to ensure that the Territory Manager visits each Dealer a minimum of once every 4 weeks.
