- Partner with agile development teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions
- Support and review technical designs and code to ensure quality and scalability
- Develop highly complex user stories leveraging GenAI and related technologies
- Explore and develop new technical capabilities to enhance AI applications within the banking domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into existing systems
- Contribute to code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor team members as needed
- 8+ years experience in full-stack Java development
- Strong proficiency in supporting technical designs, coding, and code reviews
- Hands-on experience with AI, particularly in leveraging GenAI capabilities
- Ability to implement complex user stories within an agile environment
- Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with teammates and stakeholders
- Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks related to AI and machine learning
- Prior experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies for AI applications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- This is a remote position, so a reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment are essential
- Ability to support or coordinate with teams across different time zones
- Openness to additional professional certifications related to AI or software development is a plus
