Oversee Voyago's Transit Division as a General Manager, focusing on strategic growth and operational excellence in the GTA and Central Ontario. This full-time position is essential for influencing public transit initiatives. You will directly report to the Vice President of Transit and be accountable for daily operations, robust financial performance, and stakeholder engagement. This role is crucial for ensuring safe transit operations that meet the community needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of daily dispatching and scheduling
• Analyze financial performance and budget allocation
• Create service improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Mentor managers and frontline staff for accountability
• Cultivate community relations and partner engagement

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation leadership
• Strong track record in financial management
• Excellent team and stakeholder management abilities
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License required
