Kinaxis Risk & Sustainability Manager

Play a key role in risk management at Kinaxis as a Risk & Sustainability Manager, either in Ottawa, Toronto, or fully remote across Canada. Focus on driving risk maturity and stakeholder insights.
This full-time, 18-month temporary position emphasizes proactive risk management strategies. You will oversee essential elements of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation while engaging with cross-functional teams to provide informed risk advice. Your insights will be critical for developing a strong risk culture within Kinaxis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape enterprise risk assessments and quarterly monitoring
• Facilitate risk workshops and interviews with stakeholders
• Develop clear risk reports and executive presentations
• Maintain the risk register, ensuring up-to-date information
• Support initiatives for developing risk governance practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar
• 5-7 years in enterprise risk or compliance roles
• Proven facilitation and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with risk management tools
