Corporate Legal Counsel with Global Reach

Join a global team of commercial lawyers as a Corporate Legal Counsel with over two years of experience and legal acumen. This role involves negotiating critical agreements and managing legal risks in a dynamic environment. With at least two years of experience and calling to the bar in Canada, you will report to the Global Head of Legal. Your principal duties include reviewing Master Services Agreements, negotiating data privacy agreements, and offering critical support for renewals and partner engagements with industry leaders like AWS and Microsoft. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work
• Negotiate data privacy and processing agreements
• Lead negotiations with client legal and sales teams
• Draft and manage partnerships for key clients
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in third-party relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of legal experience
• Called to the bar in Canada
• Experience with vendor agreements and commercial matters
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills
• Ability to standardize terms across agreements
