Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
• Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Tim Hortons Team Member

Position Summary

The Tim Hortons Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages according to Tim Hortons standards. The Team Member supports daily restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, food safety, product quality, and a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash, debit, credit, and other approved payments.
• Prepare coffee, specialty beverages, sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards.
• Follow proper recipes, portion sizes, product specifications, and food preparation procedures.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and provided to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and respond professionally to customer questions or concerns.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, dining areas, kitchen, equipment, and workstations throughout the shift.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly maintain equipment and food-contact surfaces.
• Stock food, beverages, packaging, condiments, and other supplies as required.
• Receive, organize, rotate, and store products according to food safety and inventory procedures.
• Check product freshness, dates, temperatures, and quality throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Minimize food waste by following production and preparation standards.
• Work effectively with other Team Members to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Communicate shortages, equipment issues, customer concerns, safety hazards, and other operational issues to the Supervisor.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
