Salesforce Developer - Run

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer - Run to join our Enterprise Technology team, which builds solutions that enable our business teams. This role sits within the Run team, where there is a constant flow of incidents, service requests, and enhancements coming in, so strong ownership and follow-through are critical.

The ideal candidate has an insatiable desire to learn, an ability to drive work from idea to completion, and a knack for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in Salesforce to build and improve the processes that will drive the next level of efficiency for our company, while also thriving in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.

This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:

• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their objectives and craft elegant solutions for their critical workflows, especially in a Run team environment where incidents, service requests, and enhancements are constantly flowing in.


• Partner with other developers and project managers on the Business Systems team to execute initiatives, while balancing planned roadmap work with reactive support needs.


• Build and support case management, precise revenue attribution mechanics, pipeline automation, and approval processes, with a strong focus on stability and operability.


• Monitor Salesforce proactively to detect issues early, reduce incidents, and improve system reliability before problems impact the business.


• Respond quickly and effectively to critical (P0) issues, owning resolution end-to-end and communicating clearly with stakeholders during incidents.


• Manage fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment to deliver the most impactful solutions to business stakeholders.


• Demonstrate and promote high standards in elegant system architecture and clean, efficient code with appropriate unit test coverage, as well as clear documentation.
  Co-create scalable development and release tooling frameworks to enable consistent, high-quality releases.


• Co-create a long-term strategic roadmap and drive strategic initiatives for our Salesforce implementation, while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence in a high-velocity Run team.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.


• 5+ years salesforce development experience.


• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer skilled with Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, Experience cloud, CPQ knowledge, SOAP- or REST-based web services, and SOQL.


• Experience with GitHub, Gearset, and other CI/CD pipelines.


• Experience working within a defined SDLC process.


• Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and service-oriented architecture.


• Works in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing priorities


• Translates business needs to technical solutions with a willingness to identify and solve challenging problems, from planning to execution to delivery


• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $128,000-145,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
