Organic Social Media Manager

Own organic social for KittySpout and DoggySpout remotely, using content strategy, short-form video, and data to grow both brands.
This full-time Social Media Manager role covers every social channel for two consumer brands. You will plan calendars, create and publish daily content, manage communities, and adjust activity using performance data. The role reports to the Influencers & Partnerships Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own organic content strategy across both brands
- Plan calendars for each brand and platform
- Write hooks, captions, graphics, and stories
- Shoot and edit daily short-form video
- Answer comments and DMs within 24 hours
Requirements:
- Two or more years running organic social
- Experience with DTC or consumer brands
- Proof of accounts grown and numbers moved
- Ability to use Canva, Figma, or similar
- Native-level written English and US-Canada overlap
Bring hands-on social strategy, content creation, community management, and performance analysis to KittySpout and DoggySpout.
