Become a pivotal Senior CRM Solutions Designer in Toronto, ON, leveraging a hybrid work model. Focus on customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud for the 311 interface while enhancing user experience. In this role, you will engage for 130 business days, customizing the Salesforce components essential for the redesigned 311 website. Your expertise will be crucial for creating intuitive navigation, developing key frontend components, and ensuring compliance with governance and security measures through close collaboration with City teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Salesforce components for the 311 website redesign
• Create intuitive navigation and service request journeys
• Develop Lightning Web Components and custom configurations
• Integrate Salesforce with Service Cloud backend

Requirements:
