Premium Finance & Collections Coordinator – Remote within Canada

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Act as the key liaison between the Premium Finance and Collections teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow alignment.
• Coordinate processes related to cancellations, reinstatements, payment arrangements, and delinquent accounts.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and training.
• Analyze trends, prepare reporting insights, and support operational dashboards and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with complex account resolutions, system enhancements, testing activities, and stakeholder support.
• Support collection activities, premium finance loan administration, AR reporting, and third-party agency placements.

The Value You Bring

• Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in collections, premium finance, accounts receivable, or related financial operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focus.
• Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and process documentation.
