Requirements: • MSc or BSc in Engineering, preferably with 8+ years of experience • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is beneficial • Legal authorization to work in USA and/or Canada • Passion for leading multi-disciplinary engineering efforts • Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
