Global Total Rewards Director | Compensation & Benefits
WSP in Canada
WSP in Canada is seeking a Director, Compensation and Global Benefits to lead Canadian compensation and contribute to a global benefits governance center. You will partner with HR leaders and regional Total Rewards teams to shape Total Rewards strategies.
This role offers visibility across a matrix organization, data-driven decision making, and the chance to influence talent attraction and retention while guiding compliance and governance.
